Extensive residential retrofit of Eaton Square Grade 2 listed buildings, in the heart of Belgravia.

The aim of the project was to retrofit over 15 individual properties and 18 separate common parts, applying thermal improvements, whilst respecting the historic features.

SCP provided both architectural and sustainability consulting services to achieve carbon reductions.

The thermal improvements to a property in 33 Eaton Square achieved 87% reduction in CO2 emissions, from 63.81 KgCO2/m2yr to 8.33 KgCO2/m2yr. This was made achievable through thermal retrofit improvements and harnessing electricity generated by photovoltaic panels.
