Sturgis Carbon Profiling was commissioned by Legal and General in October 2014 to assist the client and design teams with a low carbon strategy for the Planning Submission and through to completion.

The project has received planning permission but the requisite 40% reduction of Part L 2010 has not been achieved through conventional operational reductions. SCP’s baseline assessment shows that this shortfall can be more than achieved through embodied carbon reductions and a number of options have been proposed to achieve this.
